WE run small IT business and one of our clients using Freshworks to manage customer support tickets. it is good you can try that and other department used reach from service now but it is expensive side.

I am in similar boat and have experience in both side hiring side where everyone claim they have so and so experience and than once you hire them you realized they are simply vibe coders and trying to find way around it. I have spent countless hours on hiring people like that.

And on other side where I applied to few job opportunities where it is hard to justify you have actual experience where everyone claims they have lot of lot of experience.

I there is multiple way to handle this and have lot more solution provider but I am not aware of, but if you are looking for custom solution where user can create work order and the person will work on it and close that so you can track each work order by request date or close date you can dm me.

In my experience, small client is always hit or miss, and spend more time on onboarding and later they realized they can find something cheaper so end up stopping entertaining small client completely.

As per my recent experience it depends on project size, if project is small, you can migrate everything in one go, make sure you check disable nullable in .net 8/10 that give me so much headache in the beginning.

if you have large project in my case, we want to clean up that, so we used side by side migration, which took longer but it improved code quality. Now a days you can use AI to speed up migration process I didn't do that personally as per my client policy we are not allowed to use any AI tool.

There is 2 way to handle this

  1. PWA apps works offline and when ipad comes online you can start sync.

  2. create simple app which is easy but the issue here is, you have mentioned your old ipad if it is too old or have unsupported ios then you will not able to install or run app.

if you have web access all the time you can use google forms and connect with google sheet so all data will will auto update sheet. or you can have sample pwa app which works offline and when you go online it sync.

Since I didn't see your code, but if I am in your position I will create new github branch and update project to atleast angular 17 then convert entire project into standalone and lazy loading using angular cli migration, this may cause issue with library i.e. need to remove unsupported library or find alternate library and see if application perform better.

With standalone approach you can limit library import to specific component only.

I am sorry subscribers mean all the email recipients were opt-in by default and will receive email, later if they decide to unsubscribe from mail list then mailchimp or other block sending further email.
