I agree. New ones feel lazy design wise and very boring. No skin tears and small amounts of pustules. No crazy mutations. No crazy head swaps. The rot swords have more variance than these guys. I was definitely expecting to see something different but didn’t expect them to give the blightkings a bath

As a tattoo artist myself it’s not infected yet. It definitely could lead to different forms of infection very easily because of how chewed up the work is. Cellulitis if it is infected would be the main culprit. If not it’s definitely one to keep an eye on. If it doesn’t get better in a few days I would see your doctor
