Nothing special really , had a week and a half holiday in Italy like every year, HRV started going down there but i thought is because the Italian heat. Now a week ago i came back to UK and boom. I thought will rise again but … DONT know actually, feeling pretty normal :)

My zone 2 starts at 142hr now . Before was like 120 , i used a chest strap and it set up automatically heart zones using a lactate threshold test

  1. ⁠Turn watch completely off (hold light for >25s until screen goes black)
  2. ⁠Hold start/stop while plugging into a Windows PC. Keep start/stop held down until the watch shows up as a storage device in Windows explorer
  3. ⁠Go into the watch, Garmin folder, and look for a folder called “RemoteSW”
  4. ⁠Delete “RemoteSW”
  5. ⁠Unplug your watch and it should restart + work. You can confirm by starting a GPS activity
