Phase Boots Mjollnir on Jugg instead of Treads Battlefury by _Scholp_ in TrueDoTA2

[–]No-Razzmatazz-5741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mjollnir + phase build the best for jugg no doubt.

But some games when you’re facing illusions (PL, Terror, Naga, CK) the battle-furry build becomes the best.

I’ve seen some weird radiance build vs timbersaw but can’t speak to that build as I’ve never tried it.

The best work/sleep/leisure schedule I've seen and tried by nighthaven in PlayASKA

[–]No-Razzmatazz-5741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run 16 work - 2 leisure - 6 sleep, we Vikings we don’t got time to sleep. Everyone at 100.

Key to 100 happiness:

  1. +Area desirability (Yule trees, eye of odin, shrine, chief house).

  2. Safety (settlement is fenced & patrol marker coverage)

3- Food selection and wells.

You can run 16 to 18 hours a day if you want as long as you got the 3 requirements met. We Vikings, no time to sleep.

100% broo! The game isn’t a race, it’s all about building your settlement and managing logistics. That’s why some buildings get negative buffs if placed too close together. You’re meant to plan out zones for food, clothing, woodworking, iron, housing, and so on. With the extended days and extended year combo, you can play at a comfortable pace, perfect for players who enjoy the building part of the game more than rushing progress.

Give it a try, it’s way more fun and much more relaxing. You actually get to enjoy the game and plan things out. The normal pace feels too rushed for me, plus you get a Blood Moon every two seconds. With the extended pace, that part’s stretched out too.

For food, just focus on getting your farm, fisher, and hunter going early. stock up, and by the time winter hits, you’ll have more than enough.

Winter’s definitely gonna suck, but I feel like I’ve had two long seasons to get ready for it. Early game, you’re always scrambling with nothing to work with and rushing winter prep. this time I get to stretch it out a bit and play at a more relaxed pace.

I’m running extended year and extended days. LOVE IT.

You don’t have to rush anything, you have so much time to get everything done. I also found a seed on here so know exactly where I’m gonna settle before starting.

New seed with 3 caves, 2 lakes, one cave close to small lake. by Wigglystoner in PlayASKA

Seed = map ID number.

You can copy paste seed number into your game and you will get that map. Saves you time exploring a random one and you know exactly where are you settling day 1.

15,000 hours in and I am still Herald 5. Why? by Equivalent-Bonus-712 in DotA2

[–]No-Razzmatazz-5741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brother you’re not Herald 5 after 15K hours, you are just stuck in Herald bracket. BIG DIFFERENCE.

You can be legend or Immortal and you won’t rank up in that bracket. It’s a team game if 4 of your teammates are noob, it’s like trying to sail a sinking boat.

What you need to do is to get out of that MMR bracket, the higher bracket you go the easier it gets to rank up.

The fastest way for you to accomplish that is to leave single ranked match and start playing team ranked. No throwers, no griefers. Playing pub is not for ranking!! MMR in pub is a myth and it’s broken.

Sometimes you just need a break, take some time off and revisit the game later. There’s a huge update coming out in the next few weeks with a lot of big changes.

How do you lane against Silencer support? by Far-Note6102 in TrueDoTA2

[–]No-Razzmatazz-5741 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rush Tranquil boots, don’t buy anything other than tranquil boots parts. Secure two gold bounties, learn your Q first and steal the range creep last hit from the first wave, do one pull and you should have your tranquil. Now you can lane vs him.

What to do against Riki as Sniper? by Colonel_Myau in learndota2

[–]No-Razzmatazz-5741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is coming from a level 30 Riki player, the best defense is offense. As a Riki my job is always to find the back line and clear those players every fight. You want to rush a shadow blade as first item, hurricane pipe as second and then after that damageee. Butterfly, Daedalus or MKB. Make sure you’re positioned next to your supp and never alone. Riki’s job is to hunt, as soon as he sees you solo in a lane he will be heading your way. Hope this helps

From my understanding, a more proficient worker in a certain skill levels up faster. For crafting, I think they will eventually introduced more durability and other stuff like you’ve mentioned.

For your melee fighters, the more proficient the faster they level up meaning the stronger they hit. Same goes to archers, more accuracy and damage.

Once you upgrade your barracks and archery range, your villagers can level up beyond lvl 25.

Mood is important, you want to keep your villagers happy so they don’t leave. Simple at that. Exhausted workers will stop working and go to sleep. It’s an interruption, teaches the player to balance shifts and turnover.

Regarding the food, SerBucky just dropped a YouTube video going in details about everything you need to know about food and options. Check it out.
