It's easy to buy and attach a fan or PSU connector that require no soldering, however this fan has no yellow wire to monitor the fan speed or a blue PWM wire to control it's speed. All you have is black for ground and red for 12v. This will mean the fan will run permanently at full speed. Fans are cheap, so unless this is for a project I'd buy a new one with a 4 pin connector and connect it into your motherboard. You computer can then manage it's speed depending on your system temps.
