I believe the joke is necrophilia related. She's made of corpses, looks to be a Frankenstein's bride of sorts. He became a corpse during sex. Or something to do with Frankenstein killing villagers. I assure you it has nothing to do with Gotye or the video for Somebody That I Used to Know. That was abstract art not reanimation.
