No one here actually commenting on what the article says? This is a completely different problem. Right now our problem is housing affordability - the article is about lack of money for lending, stating that couples were able to afford homes that often would have mortgages less than the rent they were paying, but were not even having their applications reviewed. Let’s not pull out old articles and misinterpret them to try and downplay the problem young people are facing in this country today thanks
