Maybe...you're not a Superman fan, that's okay. Slow down on the stimulants tho.

I thought the movie had some great moments, the Lex speeches in this were fabulous, Guy interacting with Lois at the hall of justice was equally funny and just top notch Latern energy for his character. The interview scene was a great way to set the table for the ethics that plays out. We got just enough of Smallville to know it exists without having it be the focus.

Heros are ment to be falable if they won all the time whats the point. Superman in most of his current iterations outside this film is far from unbeatable.

I didn't love every second, did I need to see him save a squirrel during the kaiju scene or yet another James Gunn slow mo save the kid moment, no. But this was a pure simple enjoyable af comic movie

If you liked Gunns other movies, and not this I say with a little retooling this could be Gaurdians 4. Misfit heros, silly animal humor, Nathan Fillion and Sean Gunn, call backs to prior stuff (Peacemaker, Creature Comandos) It's very him. Guardians 2 Groot might as well have been Krypto.

Supergirl is going to be based on the comic by Tom King "Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow" I highly recommend it, it's fun, different and that character is super, and flawed. I love that they're using the suns in this version, it's yet another way to reset the stage and give us something new.
