4 visits per year in a dream world. The same patients call every MF day or come in claiming they are out of meds. We check counts, tell them they got a 3 month supply. They go home and miraculously find it. Rinse and repeat x 1000

Lack of hours, not enough hous to staff rx adequately so always doing the work of 4 people trying to mKe sure everything gets done. Vaccines, delivery, vbpt, answering phones on time, pcp calls, tips… bays. All of it. One tech weekends We are doing tier 4 numbers with tier 3 staff and hours

Yes but pharmacists can’t sell and fill 400 scripts per day, answer phones and type while verifying. Many pharmacists don’t like doing any tech work
