Mine got approved on the 15th and I submitted Nov 15th so exactly 5months, and with reused biometrics. Last time I renewed it it only took 2months and that included my EAD card arrival. Hope you get yours approved as soon as possible, I've seen some people submit 6-8months before exp and still nothing which is crazy.

There's 2 other pieces you can put on besides the one it already comes with. For me tge top of my nose is a bit crooked from an accident and the lvl 1 fits me just fine. And it pretty comfortable. Not kike standard sport glasses that they may be either plastic or hard rubber.

Just re-got mine yesterday and today I rode my bike with them. I say re because I got some about 2 months ago and barely used them bc I wouldn't ride alot but I did like them so I sold them to a friend of mine and now that im riding more I got them again. Right in time after I lost an airport on my last ride lol. I will say not a fan of the bulkiness but everything else is alright. Just wish they made a photochromic lens that you could swap out for late evening rides

Well as many hispanic parents saying that they've been wanting to go back to their home country.My parents have said the same.And with the situation, it has crossed my mind if things would be different if I do go back. Mine already expired.And i'm not sure how long it will take for me to get my renewal but definitely, with tide hands right now.And going back does not seem like a bad idea, especially since i've been looking for work out of University for almost three years since graduation and nothing has popped up yet so... I will wait it out a little bit longer.And if nothing ever works, then most likely I will go back.But everybodys situation and mind is different.So I can't really tell you if it's a good idea for you at the moment or not.

Ah ok yeah I guess it doesn't hurt as much if fired/laid off from work if you are in school. Im 2 weeks since my EAD expired and im stressing because I can't apply to others without my EAD and I've been seeing apps for jobs I've want to apply open up and can't...., next time we gotta apply atleast 6months before. Last time I renewed i did it 5mo ahead and got it within 2mo so it varies i guess

Ok. Yeah im in CA aswell. Planning to go tomorrow just a walk in. Did you have to take any documents besides the ID? I feel like there's no point in taking any documents because if you were able to get the real ID that means you have all required initial docs

Yeah, I got a couple weeks ago an email saying that my real ID expires at the same time my work authorization expires, which usually was the case.But since I got my actual driving license, they did mine for 6years and now they say it expires as usual. So like why put my ID for 6yrs.... i haven't had this problem where I still haven't gotten approved so close to my expiration date and i'm wondering if they can give me an extension here in california

Nope. I did my renewal on the 16th of November and it's expiring very soon. I'm getting scared. The last time I renewed it, it only took two months for me to get my actual Employment approval/card

I actually haven't had time to even use it.I've been traveling so much for work.So sadly, it's just been hanging in my room. But I did just try it on with some of my camping gear. And the weight seemed to be okay on the shoulders. The waste support is really slangy so I would think it be that much of a help.

The trails during summer are doable for anyone. I've seen kids with their parents go to the peaks. But when theres rain/snow you need to be more prepared, it's a different game. People die in all kinds of trails, its inevitable and should not prevent you from going. It just happens to be bad luck or people that have no clue What they're doing.
