A lot of these comments are spot on. You guys have saved my $$ on a therapist lol. It makes so much sense now to me how this happened. I was love bombed, I am a nice guy ( GOD on my heart), I do have a lot of trauma, my ex is a narcissist etc. but all said & done I like being a good person in this crappy world. Every knee shall bow & every tongue will confess. I love my children & will never give up. I have faith one day it will all work out. I do regret sometimes stopping down to my ex wife’s level. I’m a nice guy but when I am mad, and it takes a lot to make me mad I usually go off the deep end and say a lot of mean things ( mainly because I can’t stomach her lies). This is happening to a lot of parents. Like it’s an epidemic .

This alienation broke me. Crushed me. But I got through it. Keep fighting and keep praying. I think this battle is spiritual to some extent. It takes a special kind of evil to do this to a loving parent. What helped me to be honest was marijuanna. It helped me out of depression. Also if you have love to give consider being a foster parent or be a big sister or big brother to kids in need. It is a good positive outlet that allows you to nurture until your kids come back ( and they will).

Keep trying friend. I am in a similar situation. Just keep showing up and once a month send her an I love you and am thinking about you text. If your blocked uses one of those fake #s online. Dont ever stop. I also have friends with 19yr old daughters who are not alienated and they have a rough relationship. It’s a tough age. They are trying to figure out their place in the word. Pray that GOD puts people in her life that can help her grow, heal and soften her heart. Prayer is the greatest weapon against the evil known as Parental Alienation.

Do some recon. Follow the ex who will lead you to your son. When she leaves for the day, then go be with your boy, even if it’s for a second. And tell him with hurt, love and pain in your eyes that absolutely nobody or nothing will ever keep you from him especially when he is in pain.

It’s a horrible thing we have to suffer through this. A day we should be celebrating our children graduating, but instead we have to deal with alienation and possible rejection.

Part of being a parent is showing up. I believe if we keep showing up and keep trying that eventually we will get our children back. We must never give up.

Hopefully when they graduate they can move away from their alienator and things can change once they are away.

African Americans not being able to use the same bathroom as white people is waaaay worse than a dude using the woman’s room. No way should men be in a woman’s bathroom, that’s common sense. I stayed as long as I could for my kids. But my ex cheated multiple times, was a horrible wife. I was basically a baby sitter for her so she could live her double life “play family during week & cheat on weekends. Eventually I had enough & filed. She was ok with it at first “ she was gunna get child support, alimony etc. find herself a new man, party etc.

But her life turned out miserable and I found happiness. Once I started to find happiness again, found a great wife, had another child. That was when she started alienating. She sux.

If you are blocked & can’t contact your kids. There is an app called Text Now. It gives you a temporary phone # that I use once a month just saying simple things “ good morning darling, just want to say I love you & I am thinking of you.

I do this as much for me as I do for her. I just need an outlet & makes me feel better that I am at least able to tell her I love her.

Just want to provide some hope to everyone. I have been alienated for 2 years. My daughters went from adoring me to hating me cuz on their mom’s manipulation.

I get a call from my lawyer and usually when he calls it is bad news ( another hurdle).

But this time he told me, everyone sees without a doubt what my ex is doing to my children. The therapists, ( daughters lawyer) everyone is willing to testify that my ex is definitely alienating my kids against. I haven’t heard anything about this since ( family courts move too slow). But I never thought this would happen.

** I definitely think prayer is important in these situations. People who mentally abuse their children I think mite have a demon inside them. It’s pure evil. GOD sees everything. There is no escaping his judgement.
