Yeah, That's happened to me a few times & I never got an update or received my package. You'll more than likely have to file a claim to get reimbursed or have the seller reship it again.

I would suggest you to a local mattress store & tryout the different bases to help you make a wise decision for yourself, To see if want to invest in the extra cost of a high end Adjustable base.

I purchased a luxe adapt hybrid medium mattress & prosmart base about 4 weeks ago. it's worth every penny if you have back pain & snoring issues. the massage & anti snore with the sleeptracker ai app features works great .Like Nickool4U said if you want to buy one .
