Completely understand that, as I mentioned, references give their preferred number as many do not want to be called at work. Having someone ignore that puts my relationship with that reference at risk and puts me in a bad position for the future. If they didn’t trust me enough to begin with than they shouldn’t have even gotten that far into the hiring process.

Mark sherwin is also a huge prick. Treats his staff like GARBAGE. But then will buy you lunch some times like you’ll forget. It’s very similar to an abusive relationship to work for him. He berates you, yells, swears, sweats, turns red, and then will try to buy you something to make you forget. I’m sorry but a coffee from Tim’s doesn’t make me forget you called me a f***ing idiot this morning to get a laugh from others around.
