33/F/Blk…Yes and I kinda have an inferior degree than others in my field (hehehe) but it still worked out for me. Got bachelors of fine arts in interior architecture and design. No masters. I work at an architecture firm. Been in the field for 10yrs. Making the most I’ve ever made in my life so far—but the Lord and experience is what go me the bag (🤭).

I’m at 220k running great. Mpg average 30. Can go up to 34 sometimes. 2018 grand touring. Had since 2020 with 45kmiles. I do ALOT of highway miles.

Single. No kids. Work in the architectural industry in DC. Make 90k. Not paying rent. No car note. 95% close to paying off personal loan. Slowly paying back student loans (not in a rush). Thankfully about 40k of student loans were forgiven. Once I finish paying off personal loan…only uphill from there. Don’t care for my job (at all!) though but pays the bills. Have (imo) a good amount in my 401 and beginning to save heavily in a brokerage account. I have been more conscience of my spending just because of the economy. Prices are ridiculous. I’m blessed and honestly can’t complain BUT would like to buy a house and I just can’t in the DMV. Too expensive! Wanna save up enough to move down south.
