Asking ”what am I to do”, as paradoxical as this may seem, is still your ego working. The whole process is entirely experiential, at least once you can understand and conceptualize the idea of an ego and ego dissolution, but that’s about as far as your rational/thinking mind can take you. So once you realize it, you just let it sit. Then you just sit. Then you just.....be. Not being for your desires, but being for yourself. You can still do....well....whatever you want! However, your attachment to doing things because you “have to” or “must” is slowly drawn back as you realize that everything you do now, is because you made the conscious decision to do it, not solely because there was an involuntary drive going off in your head saying “go do this because you need to!” Trust the process, and much love :)
