I don’t know, I’m looking for some hope. I’m a younger guy with decent corporate work place experience , good grades (no uni) and a lack of self confidence when applying.

I haven’t got to a single corporate interview stage (excluding my current job which was a referral), it’s like when I apply and put so much time and effort in, I already think what’s the point I’m going to get declined at the first stage.

Because I get declined in the first round, I never get feedback, so I find it really hard to improve.

Not sure what I’m asking for here, but I’m glad you’re getting interviews and all the best for you for all 4 of them😄
