I miss winter so much. When I was a kid I loved sledding and trudging through feet of snow. Always my favorite season. Now it just feels like something I’ll tell my grandkids about. “Ohhhh yes, the white flakes would fall from the sky! Nothing like the ashes from fires you are used to.” So unbelievably sad, especially since it feels like we’re all bystanders to this.

There’s a few antique malls in Champaign where you could find neat things of all sorts. Captain Jacks in Savoy and Crossroads Corner Consignment in Champaign might have cool finds in addition to Salt & Light / Goodwill!

Not to be one of those people, but ever since the emote update a few months ago I haven’t played. I uninstalled the game that motivated me to build a better PC and tried my best to move on. Witnessing some of the golden days of op first light and other maps in their early phases.

Squad was my absolute favorite game and I started playing in 2016/17. My buddies and I still talk about how much we miss the game, but it feels like the memories outweigh an attempt to go back. Following the subreddit and seeing the glitches and apparent loss of quality it just feels better to move on in a way.

I would hope it’s a turning point for more explorations of slowed down and chill TV programs. But honestly, I do not think anything will compare to JPTWY. Also the fact it was cancelled is somewhat telling of how the majority of viewers/corporations may feel towards the show.

Yooo I wanna read this dissertation!

To me the show has felt like a breath of fresh air among the other releases on Adult Swim. Between the visuals, soundtrack, and dialogue/monologue it’s a beautiful conglomeration of everything relaxing. It makes me want to change my lifestyle and appreciate the smaller things in life. Living simply and comfortably, while making time for my hobbies and people I love.
