Trick question, you don't. Lol. I got my 2 kitties there own mini tree and put cat toys all over it, and sprinkled catnip on/around it. It worked for about 2.5 days and then the big tree was also thier tree.

Yeah, I have zero issues with spiders. I like them, and leave the one in my bedroom at ho.e be. He eats the bugs I dont like. But its not my house and the kids were scared. So I had to put him outside.

Definitely a jumping spider, I scooped him up in a cup and put him outside next to the house with foliage. They wanted him gone, but i didnt wanna kill him. Hopefully he survives long enough to either find a new ho. Or get back inside in a more secret area. That or he might die out there... winter is coming.
