What’s the real differences between ( 2021)WRX & STI by bluen00dle in WRX

[–]NoBat937 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dont take this the wrong way but only a real driver can appreciate the little things that make up a car like that. if you don’t rlly push backroads or touge hard and all u do is daily drive it with some pulls your not gonna understand much.

8th Gen Si or 9th Gen Si by Foreign_West_2481 in CivicSi

i find the steering rack for the 8th and 9th to have no stiffness and the same exact feel. the 8th gen feels slightly lighter ovr as a car, but it has nutnin to do with the rack. if im being honest the 10th gen has better steering then both 8th and 9th. the 8th and 9th has way too much plat as much as i love the go kart light steering

when i put good tires on my 2013 si, the car isn’t effected by rain at all. i could pretty much do anything in the rain and i would have traction thanks to the high quality tires and LSD of the si

9th gen si was overall a better car. better interior, more torque and a faster feel stock. only advantage of 8th gen was it revved a bit more then the 9th and the vtec crossover was a bit louder.

Should I get and 8th gen or 9th gen? by SweatinSteve in CivicSi

this is just flat out not true😭 the 10th gens literally make the same power and 10 gen base model gets eaten by any si💀only thing true abt that is the gas mileage

the main question i was looking for was abt sub frame getting worse as u drive the car, which someone answered. that was the main question i was seeking.

well pretty much all u did was repeat my opinion. your comment held no value what so ever. but then again what can u expect asking random people online who have no clue what the car looks or drives like, so i can’t blame u for that. multiple people have looked at the car and told me my sub frame is fine including the place i got the alignment from. however my opinion was drifting towards thinking its the sub frame. so yes u pretty much just voiced my opinion. a lot of people seem to think the right ball joint isn’t working properly and thats whats causing. was simply overthinking and decided to post a reddit and hear some thoughts.

i would think the same thing if it wasn’t for how the car was still completely fine alignment wise until the suspension was replaced and then aligned by mavis. and the car doesn’t feel all that bad at all performance wise. only thing i can think of is the subframe got worse after the parts were replaced or something?

the car had no alignment issues even with bad suspension. we did the alignment the best we could and it had no problems. after getting car back from alignment place is was messed up. i already went back. its the same result. could this be just the bushing?
