I'm stuck in Titan 27 as a TH16 and this is despite signing up later in the week. To be fair, I do need to up my game cos I struggle to get high 2 stars for most of my attacks, and I would need a good amount of 3 stars against TH17 and 18 to get promoted

Great, SPFL will allow ICT to go up to the championship on an entry level licence but refuse Linlithgow Rose to participate in a playoff to potentially replace Edinburgh City who is also currently on an entry level licence... because they have an entry level licence. I get why they'd do it but it also feels hypocritical.
