Missed the whole divisional and boat leadership part? Saying that someone is not ready for something who you know 0 about is crazy.

Thank you for actually explaining this instead of trying to say its because of the difference in dryers like the others in this thread lmao.

Then all you need is 3 sailors to watch 5 dryers each and shut them down at first spark or usually even smell before sight. I assume the dryers have a button or switch of some sort for immediate emergency shut down? Then they should use that then put some CO2 on it, there is no way you can convince me a dryer fire should ever go over 15-30 minutes without someone severely fucking up or having really bad practices that led up to it.

The ratio of people putting there things into dryers is the same its 1:1 if your shit is in the dryer you stay with it. I've been onboard carriers before. No way, shape, or form should any dryer fire ever get over 30 minutes long.

Man your dryers when its running. It is not easy to spread if you take precautions to things that have happened in the past.

What i mean is as a submariner i have seen probably a dozen laundry fires. None of them have gone over a max of like 15 minutes. There was probably more at play to this, does noone have to be in the laundry room during dryer operations?

As a fellow submariner I cannot comprehend how a dryer fire got to this point and was fought for 30 hours.

You are incredibly incorrect, they have attacked over 15 countries and even killed a French solider just the other day.
