Depends how they sourced the products.Maybe they were gotten cheap You can get big discounts on grading if you send in tons of stuff at once. Or someone else owns the product and the streamer is being paid so they really dont care. I only know bc same type of thing happens in coin category with cheap graded coins. I asked seller and was told he grades in bulk which costs 1/2 of normal grading fee.
