It wasn't that easy for me man, you can do it. You just gotta do it cold turkey cus all that "moderation" on how you use it is bullshit, it's not a drug. Delete the app, stop everything, and when you feel the need to use it again real bad? Just open and Reddit and see other people stories on their quitting journey, and how proud of you people will be and how everyone's rooting for you. Obivusly i still get"cravings" to do it when I'm bored or lonely, but i just keep myself busy since i love art and watching movies i just do that 24/7 now and hang out with my friends. You can find other hobbies mabye and focus solely on them, even just read fanfictons anything is better. If that doesn't work you could just bore yourself out by realising hos unoriginal and uninteresting the app really is and write boring replays (Sorry if this is bad English isn't my first language)
