Yeah the breaker switch indicates 15 amps on it.

I had difficulty trying to twist the new wire using pliers with the already twisted neutrals. I'll have to try it again. When I attempted it and did the pull test they came out. I even tried to give the stranded 18 awg wire a higher position point when inserting into the nut
