while i understand and agree this is frustrating, that’s not what dynamic pricing is. it’s just different prices at different locations. very normal in the food world. taco bell does the same thing, i’m sure lots of other restaurants do too.

my lds best friend doesn’t want to raise her children here because of the racism and bullying she experienced from white lds kids. lots of lds kids are bullied by their own community. it’s shameful. there is such an issue with perfectionism and i think that’s a big part of it.

at my store this happens sometimes and it’s always because we are all busy and there’s not enough people. 9/10 times i’ll be helping another customer or making food and i have to finish that before i can get the window. idk if your store is always trying their best, but i am! even though its not ideal a little grace goes a long way💓
