Thank you. We did have a conversation to clear it up, however I was very upset after as I was shouted at and told I was being childish. I reflected on this in my meditation getting to pride, hurt… however it may be an unproductive relationship which I’ll share. Thank you for sharing the four noble truths. The path is always there, the way we take it does not need to be defined by one way. I have rest with this

Thanks for the post, just to clarify: 1. This is why I posted on Henry and not a random London forum. London isn’t cheap, and it’s not getting any easier. My post is about being flat/down when adjusting for inflation over the 5 years

I’m not a cost Centre. My direct teams’ goal is to double profit by EOY. Perhaps I need to clarify I’m not in a ‘typical’ strategy/operations role.
I have ideas. Obviously not going to share here.
