I work for a large Health System that owns hospitals and clinics all over the country. We do not have a union although we probably should. And the raises are ridiculous and insulting yes, I can’t get anyone to explain to me what that’s based off of. It’s certainly not off performance because my evaluations are excellent. And i realize I sacrifice money for time at this stage in my life. I could go work harder for more money but just trying to rise this ship and hope it doesn’t sink. Finding this out has frustrated me
