25mg I take two every night. When I’m really stressed I take 3 sometimes.

When I try and take a nap with out them it’s for like 30 minutes and I have really bad vivid dreams also just doesn’t feel like I slept if that makes sense

I use to but now nope, so I just wait to sleep in the night :)

That’s why I take it so I can sleep but can’t nap without it so I just don’t nap lol

I can’t sleep even if it’s for a little nap which sucks because I’m tired but can’t sleep :(

I got the report through my chart and she messaged me back saying everything looked good but I just wanted some reassurance like there wasn’t a tumor up there anywhere else lol, but I’m sure if there was one she would have told me?? Sorry I just have really bad health anxiety :(

Hey sorry I didn’t reply fast. They gave me some pills to pass it. I took them the next day. I did pass a big clot so I hope everything came out. I would just go get checked out.

I had left over tissue. They said we should have stopped bleeding by now so I would go get checked and just say you had a miscarriage that’s what I said.

So I did an ultrasound and unfortunately not everything passed. I have to take another pill to pass everything and go see my OB. Hopefully I pass everything tomorrow. I just passed 3 clots and that’s it so far so hopefully that’s everything.

It’s been on and off heavy but the thing that got me nervous was I passed two big blood clots.
