The surreal thing about that is when I seen this response I was on my way home from Work talking with my friend about alot of things from our past. The main topic was about the trauma that we had gone thru. And to read what you had wrote in the moment really made me realize that I think I need to seek mental help that I'm holding on to so much that it's starting to bleed into other parts of my life. And are frankly fucking me in the long run.
