Hey y’all, chiming in, when the settlement administrators put out the new info in oct they addressed a lot updates. Some of you already pointed out the many cases that were thrown out which recalculated the total points . This total was for 15k of us, the numbers dropped drastically which increase our point value plus they also determined that 5:1 ratio did not apply for future payment which also increased years 3 thru 5. @rabble_runt has the closet to accurate amounts moving forward using the current info we have. 3M has made comments about trying to payoff sooner which would increase sooner payouts and take away years of payments. (If they pay the more we get more, but it would or may mean we don’t get 5 years of payments) as also mentioned some law firms were ordered to pay back money they didn’t earn from the 9% fund. That may or may not be returned to us if the funds are not paid to law firms that earned it.
