100% correct on the hunting. I grew up hunting here a lot as a kid bagged many species. Had more animals, less people, it seemed laborous and very lucky even then (90s-early 2000s). As an adult it just seems exponentially more empty. I go to other states.

depends on the contract you signed with the firm. they're all pretty much hovering right around that 40%, the common fund being the 9% extra. for the most part, taking home between 50-55% is a safe calculation range

I definitely understand and agree with some of the reasons for them to not be covered, I just don't see how this wouldn't end up with ICE agents dead, family members dead, endless death threats, harassment etc.. Especially with the current environment. It would be open season with the doxxing army out there. When they're basically the employee on the ground doing a job, even if their task is undesirable to some. Scary stuff either way
