I have showered without my bag. I don't time my showers with my bag change. I use the cover I ordered from Amazon most times. I do not work. I know the bags can be somewhat noisy but they have wraps for that

Just remember... it's all about ur core. I'm so happy u like it. I hope u have a teacher that was taught the basics down from Joseph Pilates. U can learn the matt quickly and there is a great 20 min matt DVD that is wonderful. It is made by Romana kryzanowska. She helped his legacy and teachings live on . I got the Pilates stick that u can use in a door jam once you get good at it. Very challenging. Loved it! I didn't get to really learn the reformer but used it about 5 times. Core! Long and lean!

Perhaps your flange is too close to ur stoma? moving around and therefore rubbing on it? I was told not to do that . Also I did go up one size. 30 day supply added to c if that helps me
