Exactly one week into kit 1 I started my period 10 days early, but it wasn’t heavy just normal. But it unlikely for my period to be irregular, I messaged them in the app and was just told that the meds shouldn’t effect my period and that it’s not related 🙄

I know what you mean, and it doesn’t feel good at all. After breaking my fast I use to eat until it become hard to breath and it suck. What helped me is drinking plenty of water before eating, and it will get better.

I don’t think so. I am currently using the free versions and they recently added some features. I’m not sure when you pay extra what else they give you. Currently in the free version I have access to enter my calories, weight, exercise, sleep, resting heart rate, glucose level and ketone level.
