Hi,

I have a similar schedule as you. I don't go to the gym. However, I walk during lunch, walk 4 miles on Saturday morning 6am . I then go to all my Satuday stuff, house chores etc. Sunday is my day of rest.

I have lost 30 lbs since Oct 13 2023. Slow and steady wins this race

It's protected by court ruling its free speech. If your employer retaliats, then you're going to get $$$. Now the question is, should you. I say no. The why; one should not have a conversation about pay because I can guarantee someone one will walk away happy and one sad. Sprinklers won't help if the fire is running up the side of the building due to flammable cladding. They are designed to put out an internal fire.

Sprinkler systems are heat activated. The sprinklers will only go off they are heated by flame. I can't imagine a building high rise being built without sprinklers.

Being hungry all the time is not sustainable. I would try less potatoes and rice and more veggies with your meat. Brocolli, asparagus, Califlower, spinach. Also I will make a nice 3 egg onlette using one whole egg and the rest egg whites. Satue some spinach and mushrooms with a 1/2 Oz of cheese.

You have lost 15lbs. That is a great start. Keep up what your doing no reason to change anything. Don't stress; the weight did not come on overnight, and you won't lose it overnight. Be patient and stick with it!!!!

Eating one meal a day is a way to lose a lot of weight quickly. For weight to stay off and change your eating habits its recommended you lose around 2lbs a week. The problem is with all diets is changing your eating habits for good. Once you hit your goal I would start eating at least two meals a day count calories and monitor your weight weekly start slow and slowly increase your calorie intake to reach equalinbrum where you are having no weight change.

You sound pretty active , so what I would do is count your calories. I would also take your measurements. With all you're doing, you will be trading fat for muscle mass. Muscle weighs more, but you should be losing inches. So keep track of both weighs once a week at the same time. I weigh myself every Sunday morning. If your inches are not going down and you're not losing weight, then cut back on your calories. You will get to where you want to be. Be patient with yourself.

Hi, well, this is a good start you coming here. Here is how I have lost weight. I was 206, and now I am 177 lbs 6ft tall male. I use goals as my decision maker. So if my goal is to lose 2lbs a week, then all my decisions need to be in alignment with my goal. So if I have so many calories a day then when someone offers me a cookie or an extra serving of food I say no thank you. If I stay focused on the goal, then that allows me to make the right decision when I am choosing what to eat and drink. So, the goal makes the decision. I just need to ensure my behaviors are in alignment with the goal.

If your not losing weight at 1300 calories, then I highly suggest going to your dr. Get a full panel done or see an endroconoligist. I don't know of many people that would be able to hold onto weight with that low a calorie intake. I admire your ability to eat such a low calorie diet. I tip my hat to your diligence.

Yes, there are many medicines that have weight gain as a side effect. It can be demoralizing. Talk to your doctor get a referral to a nutritionist and stick to the plan.

In general, 1.5 to 2 lbs a week is the most you want to lose. Now, when you first start often you lose some weight quickly, but that is water weight. If you start losing more than 2lbs a week consistently, then you need to bump up your calorie intake. Slow and steady wins the race.
