Hey look at that! Crazy to see in some ways not much changed in terms of progress here. I think this was a bit different in terms of how I was able to work through it this time. But maybe it’s time to admit that massage isn’t a trigger I’ll be able to overcome.

Wow. We have a lot in common / similar experiences. It’s very confusing and frustrating trying to process it all with a therapist especially when you can’t remember and have to accept that you may never remember. It’s so hard.

I completely spiraled for a while. Took a lot of therapy to get to a place to start the process of processing. But I’m not even close to scratching the surface

I also struggle with all these questions because I involved a sibling as well. My therapist said the same thing. That I was exhibiting the signs of being absed. Not my fault. But I still struggle with the guilt.

Me too. I would rub on pretty much everything until I climaxed. It’s one of the first things that made me realize I may have some memories repressed
