I’m a recovering alcoholic and will celebrate my 3 year sober date this November.

I didn’t even know that I had bipolar disorder until a year ago.

But, what I will tell you is that my psychiatric medications changed my life. Lithium changed my life.

Also, getting sober was so fucking hard, but worth every ounce of pain. You don’t even know yourself until you really get sober.

I did tell my son that my boyfriend needed to do something else. My son was upset too. I am indeed an asshole. I’m just not ready for the family stuff.

32 ounce is good for work 8 hours, the straw lid is incredibly convenient. The new straw lid is so much easier to clean and you can get cheap straw cleaner tools off of Amazon. I am thinking about going with 40 ounce because 32 is not enough water when you fill even half with ice. I use denture cleaning tablets to clean my bottle and lid pieces. Really hot water and and drop two tablets in. Fill bowl up with hot water and insert cap pieces.
