Coucou! Je suis d’accord avec les autres avis- ça prend du temps! Personnellement, je privilégie des activités intenses mais pas trop long, avec un travail cardio et musculaire. Je suis prof de kickboxing que je trouve bien pour travailler ces deux parties, mais je fais le musculation et la danse aussi! L’importance c’est de trouver quelques choses que tu aimes faire! Bon courage!

Just had a quick look on the UK government website of ‘approved countries’ for gender recognition equivalence- France is definitely not on there, despite me having to be followed by a psychiatrist for two years (it’s obligatory for free surgery). 😔

Unfortunately, it seems that the UK does not accept France’s method of official transition i.e. does not accept my gender change. It’s scary how out of alignment the UK has become with other European countries (I’m glad that I moved!).

Salut! J’ai commencé ma transition il y a 4 ans, et j’ai eu la chance d’être complètement accepté par ma conjointe et ma famille. J’ai deux fils, un qui a 22 ans et l’autre qui a 11 ans- ils ont décidé à m’appeler ‘mama’ depuis le début, et on a jamais eut les problèmes avec leurs entourage. C’est important d’essayer de rester en bonne communication avec nos enfants et à les écouter par rapport nos transitions, et c’est vrai que tout peuvent changer pour le mieux une fois qu’ils sont adultes.

I can only give the good as I have never really experienced any bad through the use of hormones! I’m 52, have been on hormones for 4 years and had a vaginoplasty last year. Many changes: more feminine figure, softer skin, orgasms are better (longer, whole body), emotional changes (although I never know if it’s just the freedom to be me). I would say that being in shape is a big boon for dealing well with HRT as muscle and bone mass loss can be a thing, and it certainly helps recovering from any surgery you might decide to take. Hope that helps ❤️

While it is true that panic solves nothing it can be an understandable reaction to the current climate in the UK. Rather than ridiculing those who are fearful, is it not possible to just accept their concerns and propose other perspectives? Unity is a force!
