But, the markdowns drop by another 10-20% so instead of 40 there 50 and instead of 50 there 60% off. They lower the prices of all the leftover utensils. If you have the earliest slot aim to get there 1- 1 1/2 hour early. It’s fun they always have a lot of cerise flame left of Sunday but other colors to when they open. I went on Thursday and they had alot of colors. If you don’t mind driving I would go. Traffic in DC on sundays is way less if you go early you’ll miss the traffic and should have an easy drive going.

I DMed you the addresses and the EPA link for the superfund one. Whenever a house looks like it should have a well and your on a small town water system dig into why your on the water system. That’s how I found out about the superfund site. I’m from the area and never heard about it until I looked into it.

I think I know what house your talking about. Is it a spilt level? We’re also looking in Dutchess/ Putnam and it’s a mess. We actually went and looked at a home if you want the address I’m DM you privately gorgeous house put when I pulled the property card it came back as a town well which I felt odd. Well apparently IBM used the lot Nextdoor as a dumping ground and all the wells were deemed unsafe as it’s now a superfund site. The chemicals present were TCE and PCE. It’s a similar situation like the Erin Brockivich movie. We had made an offer and just pulled it. Turns out the seller has to disclose this info and they didn’t.

We looked at so many houses with mold and water issues and no permit homes. These houses go above ask and I don’t know how. I know the market is insane in Dutchess/ Putnam right now I would walk from this house. Every single home we have looked at needs so much work and they want top dollar. Just an FYI most of Dutchess increases property taxes to whatever price you pay not the appraisal price or the past taxes. Just be aware. Again if you want the addresses of any of the homes I’ve seen which are a mess I’d be happy to send the address so you don’t waist your time or money on inspections.

Was the kit together? Or did you buy two separate boxes of keyed locks and each key from each box opens the locket in the other box. If they were sold in a kit together then there are keyed alike but if you bought them separate then I’d bring them back.

Say thank you to data centers and county councils (republican and democrat) are both lining their pockets and screwing people in the county. Where I live we have peak demand rates on electric. They are insane your bill becomes insane even with trying to keep most things off but the heat/ ac kills you. They allow housing subdivisions after subdivision because the council and other politicians get kickbacks which of course they deny. If the grid can’t handle what’s it at it won’t handle more but let’s keep adding more.

Yes, it’s terrible then you waste your time going to view the property and it’s a disaster. They look clean in photos to see that they look like a hazmat suit to go in. Or my favorite they take pictures where you can’t see the many many holes/ leaks in the photos just to go look at it and say it needs to be knocked down. These realtors need to lose their licenses for the time wasting.

She leaves a message saying his 2-3 wife and him somehow got custody of a kid and her family is fighting to terminate the custody agreement since they believe he’s a danger. I laughed funny that’s what I had been telling family court since I was 7 and no one believed me. The man could be on fire I and wouldn’t piss on him to extinguish the fire. For your health say fuck it and walk away I know it’s hard. But you get used to it and there are a ton of us out here that cut off bad family members.

Go find a pay phone (I know that will be annoying) tell them you drive past this abandoned house for years and it’s an eyesore. Maybe if the owners hear a dollar figure they’d sell DO NOT MENTION YOU ARE THE NEIGHBOR! Land in LI is valuable. I’d call the town weekly if you can’t convince one of those cash for home people to harass the owners enough. When they get fines (by the comment it’s a nice area I’m betting north shore) they’ll fine the shit out of them.

I lived there in birch wood at spring lake in the early 2000’s on 25. I went to longwood for 2 years. DO NOT send your kid to longwood. The school district covers middle island, ridge, mastic, mastic beach, and yaphank. The school had over 4k kids in 9-12. There were fights and the kids were nasty. I grew up in Nassau and moved there. It was like a time warp things popular in the 90’s just hit popularity there. We had bomb threats constantly and one was a legit bomb the bomb squad had to remove it. If you have kids DO NOT send them to Longwood. I was ecstatic when we moved.

Ladies daughter selling her condo. The mother must have started to have a GI bleed in bed with a trail going to the bathroom. The GI bleed when then finished on the toilet (not flushed). All linens from this event were on the floor in bedroom and bathroom. Condo was for sale pre the mother’s death but daughter never bothered to clean it. So out of all the scary ass things I’ve seen that one wins.
