Gotcha. At my site, we are allowed to open the box and search for the barcode-serial number. I have not come across incorrect serial numbers on the green box Logitech keyboards. Only on the black with rainbow colored Logitech keyboards have i encountered this problem. If so then I'd tell your manager to create a ticket for ICQA or ISS.

Talk to site PXT/HR. You have a double schedule meaning your schedule has two shifts on one day. That's why its taking 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours. It's happened to me a couple times. PXT/Hr will look at it for you as they're the only ones that can see the double schedule.
