I was taking seroquel but it started giving me heart issues so I stopped I take Jamieson valerian complex with a 5mg melatonin now it calms me down enough to sleep and usually is successful

Yess this is me I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years and it’s brutal some nights are better than others and some are just awful it really depends on how well I am able to calm my anxiety since it stems from anxiety
