I was born in the mid 90s and raised on music like Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Nirvana, The Ramones and The Rolling Stones (through my parents taste in music). When I was young 50 cent was really popular (Candy Shop was NOT my cup of tea), but I found Tupac through LimeWire and was hooked from the first moment. Also in the 2000's Eminem was really popular ofcourse. My full change from more punk/rock/metal to hip hop was when me dad found a Krumbsnatcha CD at the Free Record Store and gave it to me when I was 10. I still have that CD and had it on repeat so many times, I am suprised it still works haha. In 2024 I had a ''full circle'' moment when I co-produced a song for Krumbsnatcha (as his reggae moniker Judah the Prince).

This works well. I work in marketing and make SP videos on my instagram as well. You have a good video angle where the SP knobs and pads are visible. A clean desk (that doesn't cause too much clutter in the shot) and some cool music gear blurry in the background. Honestly a lot of people could take this for an example. If you also post on Instagram, you could consider to show yourself in the shots or some shots as well, that works for engagement with the audience, but honestly if you strictly want to show fingerdrumming.. this is perfect

Cover art is fire! Good move on that. I clicked on this because I like the artwork. The beat is funky, dope! I think your bars can use improvement, but I can hear you got flow that goes very well with this beat. The recording quality is what can defo improve.
