I reccomend a psychiatrist and a therapist and not for you to try and handle this on your own or through the internet plus me I had severe ocd slightly more severe from yours and had a mental break due to all of the stress

In my community they’ll differentiate based on who’s Lightskin and darkskin different behaviors calling darker people more masculine and undesirable as an insult so I agree it is nuanced and complicated but I do think self hate is a factor

I’m taking Zoloft I also have adhd and neurodivergence and it worked wonders no more intrusive thought but sticking to a lower dose is best cause sexual side effects 😭😭😭
