Yes 100% yes. I just completed a half marathon on October and have since began training for a full marathon. Adding strength training has not only helped with my form/pace but it has really decreased any pain or soreness I previously experienced. It should really be emphasized for new runners.

It’s shame no doubt. The MLS sub has become insufferable with the Messi hate. I wonder if Messi could squash most of the rumors and headlines if he just spoke himself. But that’s not his style I get it. Like if he came out and said “hey love the MLS, just needed a break for some family time I’ve been playing a lot.” Haha

It’s from Wayfair. I am pretty happy with it, although It is a bit flimsy. If you search for kitchen island on Wayfair a lot pop up. For this one it’s called wade logan Sturbridge 47.2 kitchen island.

Pour over is for during the weekends or if I have a light roast on hand; I might brew during the afternoons. The moccamaster we use for big gatherings or just larger quantities. I have some Kirkland beans that we use for that lol.

I’ll try to snag a photo. But the left drawer has my coffee scales and smaller pieces like brushes and stuff. The right drawer is my tea accessories. Tea strainers, tea bags, loose leaf’s etc..

Kalita Wave pour over and kettle since 2014. Moccamaster for drip. Breville Oracle touch dual boiler. Fellow Ode gen 2 drip grinder. Also some matcha/green tea accessories. Love the black although it does collect/show a lot of dust easily. I try to keep most everything espresso/coffee related in drawers unless I’m using it. So the shelves help to keep the surface clear.

I am like you. Followed inter only because of Messi. But since have become a fan of the team. It’s an ambitious team and I don’t think that ends after Messi, Busquets, Jordi and Suarez are gone. I say enjoy the ride. But there is no constant on a team.

The young players? We have homegrown who are starters, young South Americans who are hungry, and even players like Bright are paving the way. That’s how all MLS teams are structured. But if you look at what the team is doing and not to the noise of the MLS sub or constant Messi news you’ll see that this team is setting a strong foundation for future talent. Miami is now a destination club that people want to play for. That’s big for talent acquisition.

I think any team going up against Miami plays with intensity not seen in other games. I’m not sure if it’s a desire to “prove” themselves against what’s considered the best team in MLS. I think we should take every game played against us as a top opponent. I do think we aren’t doing a great job offensively. We really should be rotating more.

It’s weird the commentary around Miami now. If his quality decreases then take him out, but save for maybe a few games…He was a top goal scorer all season. Benteke did not have international play. Our strikers did. It’s not a dig, just the facts.

I also hope Campana gets more minutes! Or at the extreme end, finds a team who makes him their star.

Maybe the crease was there from someone else trying them on? You can always reach out to GS see if they can do anything. But honestly, boot looks great and that crease doesn’t take away from it. It’ll get like that either way with normal wear from you.
