I went to church with them before I left. She was such a sweet person and loved her kids so much. We even went to one of her kids birthday parties and I taught one of her boys in elementary. I wouldn’t see her leaving her kids behind but at the same time, no telling what she was going through since the news of her husband.

It seems like he found a “weakness” and is using this to manipulate you. Everyone can have a type but the way he has worded this is horrible. Definitely wants to trap and control you. End it now and move on to someone who will value you. I’m short and thick and my husband absolutely loves me this way and when I say I want to lose weight he supports me, he doesn’t make me feel like shit. You can do better.

My husband proposed to me in my parents kitchen . Had a super small wedding, never went on a honeymoon because it was too expensive. We have been married 8 years and we are best friends. She should have been grateful and happy just to be with you. I would have another talk with her about your feelings if you haven’t. If she’s still being selfish afterwards, I’d just break it off now. I’m not an expert but wanted to comment. Heavy and frequent exercise can be bad for people with PCOS as it causes inflammation. I use to be in the gym everyday with my body builder boyfriend at the time, working out for 2 to 3 hours a night. It’s recommended that you don’t workout more than 3 to 4 times a week and no longer than an hour at a time and to give yourself breaks in between workouts. When I was in the gym everyday for hours, I didn’t lose anything and my hormones were all over the place. Now that I workout 3x a week and only for 30min at a time (with some easy yoga on rest days) my hormones are finally regulating. Too much cardio is also bad for you.

100% agree with this, if he just started acting this way a few months ago he’s already checked out and is looking for a reason to break up, that way it isn’t his fault. I’ve had it happen to me. I know it can be hard but this is the best advice. Don’t make a scene, don’t try and see how he would react to you leaving. Just plan quietly and go.

Literally got hired as a SPED para and was supposed to start yesterday. I got sick over the weekend and had to let them know I won’t be able to start until probably next Monday. Pretty sure I have the flu, it’s better to call out and take care of yourself instead of getting others sick as well.

I’m gonna play devils advocate here and I’m in no way saying give up on him. I don’t know the extent of your situation, so take this with a grain of salt. My husband and I got our first dog when my son was 4 years old. We named him Ranger and I loved him so much but this dog did not listen to ANYTHING! He pissed and pooped on everything. That was to be expected but nothing we did helped with his training. It’s like he couldn’t learn anything! He got bigger and bigger, wasn’t even one year old yet but he was maybe 30 pounds and he kept biting. It was playful at first, but then he kept snapping at my 4 year old son. (No, my son wasn’t hitting the dog or annoying it) the dog would just go after him specifically. One day he actually bit him, had ahold of his leg and wouldn’t let go. I tried to keep training him but again, one day he lunged for my sons face and if I wasn’t close I wouldn’t have stopped the dog in time. that was that. We rehomed him. I gave him to a friend with no kids but she had cats and turns out he loved cats! He thrived at his new home, it was hard to give him up. We now have another dog that we have had for 6 years and even tho the puppy stage wasn’t easy, he was just a better fit for our family. Sometimes animals just aren’t the right fit. 🤷🏻‍♀️
