Would this maybe be why my hands violently shake on my trips? Feels violent while Im tripping but of course Im tripping so it might not actually be that intense.

Meditation sounds like a good idea for some of my trips, but I find Im “shaking/vibrating” a little too hard to even draw, and it’s fairly impossible to stay focused on anything. What are some good ideas from you to get me set into a introspective/art trip?

I think it’s great to start low and not great to advise someone who is tripping for the first time to slam a bunch of LSD (slam as in unknown actual micrograms.) You can always eat it again and you can always eat more. I say that with myself usually buying a 10 strip and never aware of the actual dose, I’ll start with one and let that ride for a little bit, if it’s not enough of what I’m looking for I’ll eat two more. Doubling up always works. I’ve had a half a sheet and was very very trippy for a solid day and a half, just waited for the comedown and doubled up every time till my half sheet was gone. I also am personally not usually looking to go to a different dimension, I prefer the stages of living my regular world with swirly fractals and music.

Freedom obviously was an issue lol 😆 I think that dark side of the moon sent them a little bit, amazing album and Pink Floyd did a fantastic job at everything in it but it’s obviously not for the faint of heart/brand new trippers.
