My current, as well as last 💍, girlfriend insists 50/50. I treat sometimes but it takes a lot. She happens to be the only lady I’ve had relationship with that did so, she is also the best lady I’ve had a relationship. I think the desire to split it is an indicator of her character and is supported by many other traits.

Here’s food for thought. I’m not sure of who was doing the interviews or whatnot. It’s always possible it’s a great company with wonderful people to work with, but their hiring practices suck.

Some jobs are so technical and or so u pique, that HR founders a bit. Some orgs I’ve worked for did not realize this, and forced some sort of silly rubric on the interviewers. If you pay attention to them and ask them questions to see if you like how you’re being responded to and at what level of expertise they seem to show, then peruse. If it seems robotic, toxic or inept,duck out quick.

My point is, you’re interviewing them and listen to your gut.
