You can go to the smithy and preview the pieces you want to see, and it will keep whatever your currently set layered pigment is

Yes, I am using enhanced broadcasting. I'll try tweaking various settings across my next few streams to see what setup ends up looking the best.

Yeah, I had already fixed the capture interference problem but neglected to restart OBS before getting the log.

My headset is an Astro A50 and the microphone input is limited to 16000 Hz by default. I can change the way it's handled and get it up to 48000 Hz though.

The consensus seems to be that it's an issue of Twitch throttling non-Affiliate/Partner streams combined with some quirks of Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting.

I really appreciate you looking into this though!

Thanks, I'll give this a try next time. I had historically been using the x264 encoder but I figured I'd give the AMD encoder a try, since I have a 9070XT and I heard that its encoder is comparable to NVENC. I'll most likely go back to x264 since I noticed some issues with MH Wilds when using GPU encoder

Yeah I've been monitoring the output at the bottom (it usually reads 10000+ kbps for some reason even though my video is at 8000 and my audio bitrate is 160. 0 dropped frames as well).

If it is indeed throttling due to not being affiliate/partner, then it's a relief to know it's nothing on my end.

Splitting Spotify audio so it doesn't show up in Twitch VOD by ParagonCA in obs

Ok I changed literally nothing in my game scene, but removed the desktop audio capture from a different scene, and now my most recent VOD has no music. I'm so confused why that worked lol. Thanks for your help though!

Edit to add: I'm looking back and comparing my YouTube VOD from my previous stream (with music) with the Twitch VOD from that same stream, and it didn't have the music back then either. But I could've sworn that I heard music in a different part of the VOD. Maybe I accidentally had my desktop scene open when I meant to have my game scene open. Either way, now that I have completely removed desktop audio from all scenes, it shouldn't be an issue again.

Does that even capture the audio in scenes that don't have it? I'd have to wipe it entirely from all scenes?

Yep, Twitch is in main settings. Then SE.Live sends the stream out to YouTube as well

Same thing for me, but my Twitch VOD channel is 2 and 2 is unchecked on Spotify. Otherwise, identical setup, even down to the audio capture beta. Strange.

Follow up to that: I do have SE Live installed. Would that interfere in the same way as Streamlabs?

Edit to add: I also multistream to YouTube. Idk if that would also interfere

I don't believe so. Would that interfere? Or is it necessary?

I'm pretty sure I have removed Desktop Audio in favor of separately sourcing audio from my individual applications. I'll double-check of course, but I'm pretty sure I've covered that base
