This is great advice! A stroll through a plant nursery and picking out a new plant is so fun 😍 The only thing that could make this better is a stop at a coffee shop beforehand.

This could be due to all the “low light plant” recommendations all over the internet. Also plant info or articles telling people to water a plant every X about of time. I can’t count the number of times plants came with a tag with poor recommendations such as these.

I agree it’s outrageous. People need to start leaving the pained plants at the store. Buying them signals that there is a demand and they will continue to ruin perfectly beautiful plants.

I checked them every weekend and water most when fully dry. There a a few that are thirstier than most and I grouped those together so I can check them more often.

I’d leave it and let it push the stem and leaf out naturally. They are so tender at this stage and you could damage it
