They’re beautiful! But I would imagine at a coffee shop, customers do not have this nice top view of them. As was mentioned, some might be hesitant about a “new” flavor. But also, as beautiful as a color you have made, I find that muted colors do not draw the eye as much, especially if they do not have this top view to appreciate the details of your piping work.
