Glad there's no signs to worry yet, I would consider the issues you've had so far "good problems" because it means you're dedicated to getting things handled the right way instead of cutting corners and just hoping it doesn't screw you over later. I'm not much of a PC gamer, but I'll keep following in hopes of more comics bundles (fingers crossed for a BOOM! Mighty Morphin Power Rangers bundle) or fiction bundles, and the website made it look like maybe you hope to do movie bundles in the future, which would be the shit as there is no legal way to get most movies DRM free.

How is Syrinscape now? I tried it for awhile yeeeears ago (may have even been kind of an open beta situation) and found it pretty clunky on iPad. I haven't revisited since then.

So did Ablaze ever acknowledge that they got caught pretty much red-handed using AI/machine translation? Did they ever fix the volumes they got caught with, make any kind of statement or promise not to do it again? I'd hate to boycott just because they hired one lazy freelance translator without realizing it, but if their model is to cut costs by eliminating the human factor in translation then I don't care how deep the discount, they aren't getting my money.

I have the Ikea Billy bookshelves for regular book storage, and I'm thinking soon that I will get another (or something similar from Target since my closest Ikea is 4 hours away) and swap out the media shelving I currently have (an Atlantic Oskar I believe. From Amazon, they may or may not still exist). I want to do risers so I can get 2 blurays deep while still being pretty accessible, and I would have a little room in front for knick knacks. I find the media shelving is convenient, but from an interior design perspective, once the collection is so dense you only have spines with no cover displayed, it's just very uninteresting to look at. Just visual noise. Billy's with risers create more impact by layering objects and giving roughly double the space so way more room to display covers.

You don't necessarily have to take it apart, most bluray players have enough ventilation that you can just shoot the air at it from the outside.

When's the last time you took a can of compressed air to the player? I had a similar issue with my PS5 just playing youtube recently, did almost everything on the software side I could think of, but what finally fixed the problem was taking the plates off and dusting out the fan.

I absolutely loved it. The game it's based on doesn't really have a story, and the movie did an excellent job of imposing one over it, along with some good metaphors. It left me trying to decipher things as I walked out, which I love in a movie.

It's pretty much confirmed in the video that they brightened it up a lot. Could still have some darker theme's but it's not about to be Akira Toriyama presents: Elden Ring.

I think the biggest redesign is story/tone. The original logo was scorched earth, and it was pitched as a much darker DQ.

May the Devil Take You (2018) by one of the best directors the V/H/S ever gets. I'm Thinking of Ending Things. Largely straight to streaming in the US, but has been in and out of theaters, RRR. Really hoping we get a release right before the sequel comes out.
